The SPECTRUM Ion-X high purity colour change DI cartridge has been designed specifically to provide demineralised water fro applications requiring high purity water fro washing, rinsing and testing purposes with resistivity in excess of 10 megaohm.

This cartridge is ideal fro applications that have been designed without flow meters, as teh cartridge will visually change colour over colour over the course of its life from purple to light brown, to indicate exhaustion. To ensure a constant supply of high-purity water, two cartridges can be used in conjunction wher the first is put into the "roughing" position and teh second into teh "polishing" position. This ensures complete utilization of all teh exchange capacity thereby lowering operating costs while increasing average quality.
