fleck valves

Fleck offers an exceptionally wide range of high quality competitively priced valves for water treatment applications to meet your specific needs. The heart of Fleck controls reputation for exceptional quality and performance is its time-tested hydraulically balanced piston, seal and spacer concept to efficiently pilot service flow and regeneration. The only moving part is theh teflon coated piston. Most brass valves can be supplied for hot water applications up to 82°C.

Options available for teh Fleck range of valves include 7 to 12 day timers, Eco volumatric adn electronic microprocessor timers. Remote meter options are available for most valves adn utilise the exceptionally simple and sound mechanical meter that will accurately monitor the soft water flow. Fleck offer a full line up of precision flow controllers ranging from 0.48 lpm to 25 m3/hr controlling the flow to brine tanks, backwash and rinse.

Other options include by-pass or no by-pass (NBP) pistons, by-pass and mixing valves and personalisation if required.

GE Osmonics Autotrol valves

Osmonics Autotrol produce a range of valves from 3/4” to 2” covering flow rates up to 17m3 /hour. The majority of the products are constructed in durable corrosion resistant Noryl plastic. They have heat welded bodies that are 100% tested prior to shipment and feature the unique and reliable “Duraflow” valve disc technology. These valves fall into four ranges, each of which has a number of control options.
