Memtrex-MP (MMP) filters, constructed with hydrophilic polyethersulfone membranes and all polypropylene components, exhibit both enhanced throughput and reliable particle retention for superior performance in most applications. MMP filters are compatible with a broad range of chemicals and pH extremes. The low protein binding characteristics of the polyethersulfone membranes ensure that MMP filters are suitable in a variety of beverage, chemical and pharmaceutical applications. Constructed using thermal welding techniques, the MMP filters do not contain any adhesives or additives, and individual integrity testing assures that MMP filters meet the exacting performance requirements of our customers.

| MFE Memtrex Hydrophobic filter for air/gas venting |  | Constructed using a 100% PTFE membrane supported with polyproylene components, teh MFE is designed for applications where other membrane media degrade due to incompatibility. Each cartridge having been rinsed in DI water has low extractables (7.7 m gper 10") and is integrity tested. The MFE i svery hydrophobic, making it an excellant air, gas and vent filter. Also available in validatable sterilizing grade.

| MMP-S Pharmaceutical sterilising grade memtrex polyethersulphone filter |  | Of the same basic construction as the MMP but with two layers of asymmetric modifiedpolyethersulfone membrane, the MMP-S meets the HIMA guidelines for validation use and is designed for final sterile filtration of pharmaceutical products. The MMP-S is autoclavable at 121ºC or steam-inplace at 125ºC, both for ten hours maximum. Each cartridge has a serial number and is 100% integrity tested with certification supplied. A GE Osmonics detailed Validation Guide is available, documenting the rigorous testing procedures for your data records.

| MNY Memtrex NY Filters with Hydrophilic Nylon 66 |  | Memtrex-NY (MNY) These filters are uniquely constructed for enhanced reliability and usefulness. Polyester endcaps and support layers are used to ensure and maintain cartridge integrity. Serial layer membrane design, with a prefilter membrane layer over a final membrane layer, significantly enhances cartridge life.
Memtrex-NY (MNY) filters are uniquely constructed for superior performance with a serial membrane layer design that incorporates a large pore-size membrane layer upstream of the final membrane layer. The first membrane acts like a prefilter to increase the life and efficiency of the cartridge. It is also highly effective in retaining difficult contaminants such as gelatinous particles. The final membrane layer ensures consistent retention characteristics.
MNY filters are designed to ensure maximum downstream cleanliness. Osmonics Nylon 66 membranes are naturally hydrophilic, non-shedding and do not contain leachable wetting agents. Thermoplastic sealing technologies are used in the cartridge construction eliminating the need for potentially contaminating adhesives. Each cartridge is manufactured under strict production control and is individually integrity tested.
