SPECTRUM Inox premier stainless steel cartridges The SPECTRUM Inox premier pleated stainless steel range is the ultimate in meeting applications requiring robustness of design for use with agrressive process fluids.

Being wholly constructed of 316L FDA approved stainless steel, the pleated woven media, support core and fitting are TIG (Tungsten inert gas) welded to introduce no other materials. This gives the Inox premier cartridges higer dirt holding capacity than teh standard pleated range and enables them to be cleaned by means of reverse flow, chemical ultrasonic and high temperature burn-out (instructions available), making an economic alternative to conventional polymeric cartridges where environmental issues prevent disposal. Operating in conditions at up to 300C and 25 bar differential pressure, these cartridges have the greatest tolerance of teh range. Each cartridge is integrity tested by bubble point in IPA with data provided at dispatch, together with a unique identification number.

SPECTRUM Inox standard stainless steel cartridges The SPECTRUM Inox standard pleated stainless steel range offers all-weld construction for improved compatibility, strength (up to 4 bar pressure differential) and a wider range of suitable applications, when compared to similarly priced stainless steel cartridges that use resin or glue-based binders.

Constructed entirely from 316L stainless steel the Inox standard cartridges are offered in 5 to 850 microns, with a variety of end cap configerations available; double open ended (DOE), 222 and 226.

Available in either a cylindrical or pleated stainless steel configeration, these re-usable cartridges offer a perfect choice for high temperature applications. For extra cartridge protection, an optional outer cage pleat protector is recommended.

The pleated configeration versus teh cylindrical packs in an extra 1.15 sq ft of suface area for longer liofe and higher dirt holding capacity.
