Product Description
Ready-to-connect system including pre-treatment for desalination of drinking water according to drinking water regulations (free chlorine not detectable).
Due to integrated water pre-treatment components such as pre-filter, backflow preventer, duplex water softener and limitron hardness monitoring unit a piping on site is not necessary. Only 4 connections required (drinking water, permeate, waste water and mains connection). Continuous production of permeate possible.
Up to 30% energy savings due to high pressure pump with frequency converter (FU) with control of permeate flow rate at constant value (PKR). Particularly quiet operation.

ADVANTAGES
Energy savings of up to 30%
Automatic regulation PKR for constant permeate rates even at fluctuating operating conditions included
Particularly quiet operation
ARA - CONNECTION KIT FOR MANUAL CLEANING UNIT

Ball valves for the connection of a manual cleaning unit e.g. for acid or alkali cleaning of the RO membrane.
Advantages:
Easier to make the cleaning as the pipings do not need to be disconnected first.
Economy of time for making the cleaning
Avoiding mistakes
LIMITRON

Safety device to protect the membranes in case of softener malfunctioning. In case hardness is detected, the RO will automatically shut off.
This is always an advised option but most relevant when:
Pre-treatment is a simplex softener
Inlet hardness is variable
There is limited maintenance and/or no guaranteed operator for salt refilling
PKR - CONSTANT PERMEATE FLOW CONTROL

Regulation of the permeate capacity to a defined value, using a high-pressure pump with frequency converter.
The units are designed for a maximum TDS of 1,000 mg/l, a water temperature of 15°C, a max. colloidal index of 3 and free permeate outlet. Under these conditions, the unit still reaches design permeate flow after 3 years of operation. The permeate recovery depends on the raw water quality and the type of pre-treatment.
