Taking flow capacities to over 172 m³ per hour with 6" piping relies on equipment that is not only durable, but designed to aid ease of use.
The two larger SPECTRUM Inox versions come as standard with heavy-duty mounting legs for housing security and a swing bolt and davit arm configuration for quick, easy and safe cartridge changeout.
The big brothers to the 3, 5, 7 and 12 round housings, these larger sizes use 4" DN100 or 6" DN150 flanges as standard to accommodate, with minimal pressure loss, flows of up to 2,800 lpm. The top plate in these sizes has multiple tie rod threads, hold down plates and springs to evenly spread compression. This arrangement allows up to a 1" cartridge length variation and makes changeout easy.
PN16 BS EN1092-1 flanges are standard. Drains are ½" on 22 round and ¾" on 36 Housings are suitable for DOE, 222 or 2 ¾ " OD style cartridges and come pre configured with 2 x ¼ " gauge ports and 2 x 1" drain ports.
