Atlas UV LED 25 LPM Water Disinfection System
The Atlas UV LED 25 LPM is a compact, high-performance UV-C LED water disinfection system designed to provide effective protection against bacteria and microorganisms without the use of chemicals.
Using advanced UV-C LED technology, the system exposes water to germicidal ultraviolet light as it passes through the treatment chamber, disrupting microorganisms and preventing their reproduction. The system provides a stated ≥99.9% E. coli disinfection performance at flow rates up to 25 LPM.
Unlike conventional UV systems using continuously operating mercury lamps, the Atlas UV LED incorporates a built-in flow switch. The UV LEDs automatically increase to operating power when water flow is detected, providing on-demand treatment while reducing unnecessary energy consumption when water is not being used. The technology is mercury-free and does not continuously heat the water.
High-Performance UV LED Water Treatment
The Atlas UV LED 25 LPM provides a working flow rate of up to 25 litres per minute with reverse osmosis/permeate water, making it suitable for larger point-of-use and commercial applications.
When treating water that has been filtered to 10 microns, the specified working flow range is 12–18 litres per minute.
With compact dimensions of approximately 360 mm × 140 mm, 3/4" threaded connections and automatic flow activation, the system can be easily incorporated into new or existing water treatment installations.

Automatic Flow-Activated Operation
The Atlas UV LED 25 LPM automatically responds to water demand using its integrated flow detector.
When powered with no qualifying water flow, the blue indicator shows that the system is in standby, with the LEDs operating at minimum power.
When water flow is detected, the system switches to operating power and the status indicator changes to green, showing that water treatment is active.
After 3,000 operating hours, the indicator changes to red and the unit emits an audible signal to indicate the end of its specified service life.
Compact and Easy to Install
The Atlas UV LED 25 LPM combines substantial treatment capacity with a compact design measuring approximately 360 mm long and 140 mm across.
The unit incorporates 3/4" male threaded water connections and is designed for wall mounting using the supplied mounting plate. The correct inlet and outlet flow direction must be observed during installation.

Benefits of UV LED Water Disinfection
UV LED technology provides a modern, compact alternative to conventional mercury-lamp UV treatment. The LEDs provide instant operation and the integrated flow detection system means full treatment power is only required when water is actually flowing.
For applications with intermittent water demand, the Atlas UV LED 25 LPM combines effective microbiological protection with compact dimensions, automatic operation and energy-efficient UV-C LED technology.
