This benchtop meter is supplied with the HI-7631233 four-ring probe, enabling measurements of conductivity (μS/cm, mS/cm), resistivity (Ω·cm, kΩ·cm, MΩ·cm), TDS (ppm, ppt), and salinity (ppt, PSU, %). The integrated temperature sensor supports automatic temperature compensation, ensuring accurate results across a full range of lab applications. This robust, purpose-built probe requires infrequent calibration and covers an extensive measurement range for critical water quality parameters.
The HI-7631233 probe uses three specialized compensation algorithms:
- Linear: For measurements where the temperature coefficient of variation is consistent.
- Standard: Ideal for high-purity water and resistivity readings above 1 MΩ·cm.
- Natural: For measurements of natural waters (well, ground, or surface) following ISO 7888.
