HI-6321 Advanced Conductivity Benchtop Meter

The HI-6321 Advanced Conductivity Benchtop Meter from GAPS Water Treatment is the laboratory solution for high-precision water quality analysis, blending modern design with advanced technology for repeatable, reliable results. Built for demanding lab environments, it boasts a practical footprint, an intuitive, glove-compatible capacitive touchscreen, and a flexible electrode arm configurable on either side to maximize space and convenience.

Practical, Streamlined Laboratory Design

The HI-6321 is part of Hanna's HI-6000 series, engineered to meet the needs of today’s laboratories. Its large, easy-to-use interface accelerates workflow, while the compact design ensures it fits seamlessly into any lab. A dedicated electrode holder is included, mountable to either side, so you enjoy maximum flexibility for setup without sacrificing stability or convenience.

Supplied with Advanced Four-Ring Probe

This benchtop meter is supplied with the HI-7631233 four-ring probe, enabling measurements of conductivity (μS/cm, mS/cm), resistivity (Ω·cm, kΩ·cm, MΩ·cm), TDS (ppm, ppt), and salinity (ppt, PSU, %). The integrated temperature sensor supports automatic temperature compensation, ensuring accurate results across a full range of lab applications. This robust, purpose-built probe requires infrequent calibration and covers an extensive measurement range for critical water quality parameters.

The HI-7631233 probe uses three specialized compensation algorithms:

  • Linear: For measurements where the temperature coefficient of variation is consistent.
  • Standard: Ideal for high-purity water and resistivity readings above 1 MΩ·cm.
  • Natural: For measurements of natural waters (well, ground, or surface) following ISO 7888.

Complete Range of Measurement Units

  • TDS: Both calculated (factor x EC25) and EC-to-ppm conversion for broad reporting needs.
  • Salinity PSU: Measures practical salinity of seawater for standard reference conditions.
  • Salinity PPT: Uses the Natural Seawater Scale for applications between 0.00 to 80.00 g/L.
  • Salinity %: 100% salinity ~ 10% solids, for versatile reporting.

Flexible Connectivity for Modern Labs

Stay connected whether you're exporting or sharing data:

  • WiFi & Ethernet: Send .csv data files easily by FTP or email—no need for a direct PC connection.
  • USB-A/USB-C: Attach peripherals or transfer data to a memory stick quickly and safely.
  • RS232: For additional peripheral connectivity.

Data Management, Logging, and Views

  • Data Capacity: Store up to 1 million data points with full date/time stamps for easy filtering and post-experiment analysis.
  • Export: Universal .csv format ensures your data is always accessible across devices.
  • Logging Modes: Automatic, manual, and autohold; customizable intervals.
  • Sample ID: Incremental for clear traceability.
  • Five Measurement Views:
    • Basic: Measured value/unit
    • Simple GLP: Last calibration, offset, electrode status
    • Full GLP: Full electrode info, used buffers
    • Graph: Live trend plotting
    • Tabulated: Table with value, date/time, user notes
