Product Description

Product information "Testomat 2000®"

The process photometer Testomat 2000® automatically determines water hardness, carbonate hardness, the p-value or the minus m-value via titration. It is ideal for monitoring the water quality of water treatment, water blending and drinking-water plants. Monitoring and quality control of softening plants with and without blending (Testomat 2000® reagent TH 2005–2250)
Monitoring and quality control of decarbonization plants (Testomat 2000® reagent TC 2050–2100) Measuring acidic values in decarbonization and desalination plants (Testomat 2000® reagent TM 2005) Monitoring of steam boilers (Testomat 2000® reagent TP 2100).

Performance profile:
• Menu-driven operation and programming via plain text display
• Determinal measuring ranges of residual hardness, total hardness, carbonate hardness, minus m value, p value by indicator selection
• Selection of hardness units in ° dH, ° f, ppm CaCO3 or mmol / l
• High-precision titration using a piston dosing pump
• Analysis initiation:
- Automatic interval operation (Interval pause adjustable from 0–99 min)
- External control
- Dynamic (fatigue-dependent interval operation)
- Quantity dependent via contact water meter
• Two independent limits with hysteresis (1, 2 oder 3 bad analyzes) and adjustable switching functions
• Monitoring of two measuring points (Switching by external solenoid valves)
• Internal error documentation
• Programmable service address
• Indicator quantities: 100 and 500 ml bottles
• Programmable maintenance interval for maintenance request
