DuoLine FELT

DuoLine Felt filter bags have been designed to provide effective filtration for a wide range of applications using a variety of filter media. They are manufactured utilising the latest technology to ensure structural integrity and provide greater security during demanding process conditions.

DuoLine PP, PE, NY and NX range filter bags adopt the use of needlefelt type media which provides both surface and depth filtration for maximum dirt capacity.

• Polypropylene, PTFE, Polyester, Nylon and Nomex needlefelt media, rated between 1 – 200µm
• Wide chemical compatibility
• Double integral handles on all models
• FDA compliant material (PP and PTFE, PE available on request)
• Meets the requirements for food contact as detailed in European Regulation (EC) Number 1935/2004 (PP and PTFE, PE available on request)
• DuoLine XP filter bags are designed to give longer service life, therefore reducing operating costs and process downtime.

The XP bags greater depth provides additional void volume resulting in a greater dirt holding capacity and longer life over standard needlefelt materials by a factor of up to 2-5 times.

Three bag diameters are available in the DuoLine Felt range, 4¼, 5½ and 7” all fitted as standard with a top ring locator in various materials and styles.

All DuoLine Felt bags are designed to filter from the inside to out leaving the contamination inside the bag for simple disposal. These needlefelt bags can be used for both pre and final filtration duties.
