Ecosoft Ecolite Demin is an equilibrated, homogeneous, gel-type mixed bed ion exchange resin designed for direct water purification and the production of very low conductivity demineralised water. It combines a strong acid cation resin with a Type I strong base anion resin in a balanced mixed bed, supplied in the H+ / OH− forms ready for use.
The resin is intended for polishing and demineralisation applications where very high water purity is required, including laboratory equipment, autoclaves, hot-water boilers with aluminium-alloy heat exchangers and portable pure-water systems used for window and solar panel cleaning.

Operating Capacity
Ecolite Demin is intended as a polishing mixed bed, and achievable throughput depends strongly on the conductivity and ionic load of the incoming water. Ecosoft's capacity guidance is based on feed water at 100 µS/cm conductivity, treated-water conductivity of 0.1 µS/cm and a service flow rate of 60 BV/h. Lower feed-water conductivity will generally provide a longer service cycle before exhaustion.

Store in the original unopened packaging in a cool, dry area. Ecosoft recommends indoor storage between 0–40°C. If the resin is exposed to freezing temperatures, allow it to thaw naturally at room temperature and do not apply heat. Protect from contamination and do not store with toxic chemicals or strongly odorous substances.
Guaranteed shelf life in original manufacturer packaging: 2 years for industrial water-treatment applications.
