The Ecosoft MO6500 Professional 4" Reverse Osmosis System is a compact, industrial-grade reverse osmosis plant designed to produce up to 250 litres per hour of high-purity water for demanding commercial and light industrial applications. Built around a premium Grundfos CM 1-10 multistage pump, an advanced Ecosoft OC5000 controller, and a 4" x 40" membrane platform, the MO6500 delivers reliable performance, high recovery and straightforward installation within a robust powder-coated steel frame.

Designed for continuous operation, the MO6500 incorporates industrial instrumentation, automatic solenoid valve control, integrated pre-filtration and modular expansion capability, making it suitable for applications where consistent low-TDS water is essential.

The system utilises a single 4040 reverse osmosis membrane (membrane supplied separately), allowing installers to select the optimum membrane technology for the feed water conditions, including DuPont FilmTec™ XLE-4040, LCLE-4040 or Ecosoft ELP-4040 membranes.

The intelligent OC5000 electronic controller manages system operation and provides automatic process control, while the modular hydraulic design allows optional integration of:

  • Automatic permeate flushing
  • Raw water blending (30–240 L/h)
  • Antiscalant dosing systems

This flexibility enables the MO6500 to be configured for a wide range of industrial water treatment duties whilst maintaining membrane protection and maximising operational efficiency.

A heavy-duty 300 PSI membrane housing, Grundfos high-pressure pump, Danfoss solenoid valves, industrial pipework and comprehensive instrumentation ensure dependable long-term operation even in demanding environments.

The complete system is supplied on a compact steel skid for easy installation and is CE marked, complying with relevant European safety directives.
