Maintenance Recommendations

To maintain optimum UV disinfection performance:

• Clean the quartz sleeve every 6–12 months, depending on water quality.
• Remove mineral deposits using Calcium, Lime & Rust (CLR) remover or white vinegar.
• Replace the quartz sleeve every 2 years, even if it appears undamaged, to maintain maximum UV transmission.
• Inspect and replace the O-rings whenever necessary to prevent leaks.
