Jacobi AquaSorb CX-MCA Catalytic Carbon – 12x40 Mesh, 50 Litre Bag
Jacobi AquaSorb CX-MCA is a high-activity catalytic granular activated carbon manufactured by steam activation of selected coconut shell charcoal. Its enhanced catalytic activity makes it particularly effective for the removal of chloramines and hydrogen sulphide from potable water, while its large micropore volume also provides excellent adsorption of low molecular weight organic compounds and chlorinated by-products such as chloroform and other trihalomethanes (THMs).
The carbon combines catalytic performance with high mechanical hardness, low dust and low filtered-water turbidity, making it well suited to residential, commercial and process-water applications where both adsorption and catalytic treatment are required.
Supplied in a 50 litre bag. Price shown is per litre.
