The SPECTRUM INOX PBH-SGB-1-3-1.5-G Bag Housing is a heavy-duty 316L stainless steel Size 3 bag filter housing designed for commercial and industrial liquid filtration applications. Part of the SPECTRUM INOX Premier range, it combines a robust swing-bolt closure, integrated pressure gauges and a compact single-bag design capable of flow rates up to 75 litres per minute.

Designed to accommodate one Size 3 filter bag, the housing features 1.5" BSP male inlet and outlet connections, making it a practical solution for process filtration, water treatment and suspended solids removal where a compact but durable stainless steel housing is required.

Heavy-Duty 316L Stainless Steel Construction

The housing body, lid and internal filter basket are manufactured from 316L stainless steel, providing excellent durability and resistance to corrosion, elevated temperatures, pressure and aggressive chemicals.

The mounting legs and swing bolts are manufactured from 304 stainless steel, while a Buna-N (NBR) O-ring provides reliable sealing.

Premier Swing-Bolt Closure

The Size 3 SPECTRUM INOX Premier housing incorporates a heavy-duty swing-bolt closure system.

Unlike the Size 1 and Size 2 SPECTRUM INOX housings, which are available in both Standard V-band and Premier configurations, Size 3 and Size 4 models are supplied with swing-bolt closures.

Integrated Pressure Gauges

The PBH-SGB-1-3-1.5-G is supplied with inlet and outlet pressure gauge ports and pressure gauges as standard.

Monitoring pressure before and after the filter bag allows operators to assess the pressure differential across the filter. As solids accumulate within the bag, increasing differential pressure can provide a useful indication that the filter bag requires replacement.

This makes routine system monitoring and preventative maintenance considerably easier in commercial and industrial applications.
