The SPECTRUM INOX SBH-SPC-1-2-2-GP-ML Stainless Steel Bag Housing is a heavy-duty single Size 2 bag filter housing designed for high-flow industrial and commercial liquid filtration applications. The SBH-SPC-1-2-2-GP-ML accepts one industry-standard Size 2 filter bag and provides a maximum rated flow of 600 LPM.

Size 2 is the largest option within the SPECTRUM single-round bag housing range, making it particularly suitable for high-flow and bulk solids removal applications. Its high dirt-loading capability allows filtration systems and industrial processes to remain online for longer between filter changes.

Integrated Gauge, Vent and Drain Ports

The housing incorporates ¼" BSPF inlet and outlet pressure gauge ports, allowing pressure gauges to be fitted for monitoring system performance and pressure differential across the filter bag.

A ¼" BSPF vent port and ½" BSPF drain port are also incorporated into the housing, helping simplify depressurisation, draining and routine filter bag replacement.

Pressure gauges are optional on this Standard Housing (SBH) model.

Secure V-Band Closure

The SPECTRUM INOX Standard Bag Housing uses a robust 304 stainless steel V-band clamp closure to secure the 316L stainless steel lid. A Buna-N lid O-ring provides the housing seal.

Internally, the Size 2 filter bag is supported by a 316L stainless steel ⅛" perforated basket, while an integrated bag hold-down device helps retain the filter bag correctly during operation.

Adjustable Mounting Legs

Three adjustable 304 stainless steel mounting legs are supplied as standard, providing a stable installation while allowing the housing position to be adjusted to suit site pipework and floor requirements.

The three legs are positioned 120° apart and incorporate 12.7 mm mounting holes for securing the housing to a suitable base.
