SPECTRUM Economic Bag Filters with Stainless Steel Ring are traditional single-layer filter bags designed for bulk solids removal across a wide range of applications. This listing is for the ES stainless steel neck/ring versions.

- Glazed felt surface helps prevent fibre migration into the filtrate.
- Nylon monofilament mesh is suitable for washing and re-use and uses high-strength stitched/binded seams.
- Heavy-duty handles make filter changes easier and help reduce operator contact with unwanted filtrate.
- Nominal filtration efficiency: 70%.
- Maximum operating differential pressure: 1 bar at 20°C.
Material Options
- Polypropylene Felt (P): broad chemical compatibility; maximum operating temperature 95°C.
- Polyester Felt (E): suited to higher-temperature solvent applications; maximum operating temperature 150°C with ES neck.
- Nylon Mesh (N): washable and re-usable monofilament mesh; maximum operating temperature 160°C with ES neck.
Micron Ratings
Polypropylene Felt / Polyester Felt: 1, 5, 10, 25, 50, 100 and 200 micron.
Nylon Mesh: 50, 100, 150, 200, 300, 400, 500, 800 and 1000 micron.
